Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team where your designs will directly help farmers reduce costs, improve soil health and achieve consistent yields across the UK and beyond.
What you’ll do:
As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll:
• Create accurate, high-quality 3D models and technical drawings
• Develop technical diagrams for Production and Service teams
• Collaborate closely with Production to bring designs to life
• Design decals and draft new machine concepts
• Update operator and parts manuals for our current range
• Run FEA simulations on new and existing parts
• Support Sales and Service with technical documentation
• Mentor junior designers and share your expertise
• Ensure compliance with Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), EU Transport Regulations, and ISO Standards
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience with 3D CAD and Adobe Suite
• Background in agricultural machinery or manufacturing
• Strong technical drawing and modelling skills
• A detail-oriented, innovative mindset with a passion for engineering excellence
