Claydon will be holding its annual Open Days in April, with the key focus being Farming Profitably.
On Tuesday 28th April and Thursday 30th April we will open the doors of our farm and manufacturing facility to showcase how our machinery is designed, manufactured and proven in the field. These annual events provide visitors with an excellent opportunity to tour the Claydon factory and view our full range of direct drills and stubble management machinery.
We will demonstrate the financial and agronomic benefits of the Claydon Opti-Till® System, which reduces the cost and time to as little as 20% that of a plough-based or min-till approach. Visitors will have an opportunity to look around the Claydon farm to see winter and spring crops in the field, discuss soil health, cover crops and farm management systems with industry experts, and chat to existing Claydon owners. Grants for Claydon machinery can also be discussed in more detail. We will also have guest presentations from Ceres Rural (‘Profitable farming, controlling your input costs’), Soil Capital and Kings Crops (cover crops).
Visitors have the option of attending a morning session from 08.15 to 13.00, including arrival refreshments and lunch, or an afternoon session from 12.30 until 17.15 with lunch and closing refreshments. Prior registration is required by Wednesday 22 April. To reserve a place email marketing@claydondrill.com indicating which of the four sessions you would like to attend and your dietary preferences
